Nursing staff and healthcare assistants on the day of surgery were ALL amazing. The nurse at my initial consultation in central London did not explain all my options, i had to ask for alternative BUT EVERYONE TODAY WAS VERY HELPFUL AND GAVE ME ALL THE INFORMATION I NEEDED
